   With extensive experience in federal service, administration, customer service, workforce development, logistics, and veteran advocacy, Latoya has built a reputation for integrity, resilience, and servant leadership. Her passion for helping others stems from both her military service and her deep commitment to faith, compassion, and community empowerment.
   Latoya earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. Her academic focus centers on leadership, organizational development, human resources, and workplace effectiveness.
   Through Divine Hope Charity Foundation, Inc., Latoya works alongside fellow leaders to promote charitable outreach, educational advancement, community development, and humanitarian assistance. She believes that every individual deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope, and she remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact through service and leadership.
